Yes. Move up or down a plan from the Billing page in your account, or email us and we will do it for you.
Yes. Cancel from the Billing page at any time. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and there is no cancellation fee. You can export your data whenever you like.
One use of an AI feature, such as scanning an item with the inventory scanner or asking the quote assistant for help. Each plan includes a monthly allowance that resets on the 1st of each month. If you run out, AI features pause until the reset; everything else keeps working.
